The Quiet Zone currently has the following assets for the project:

·        $90,329 in cash with all bills paid

·        $45,000 in closing pledges

·        $59,192 based on $84,560 in 5 year pledges discounted 30% to cover interest and nonpayment (60 individuals) that must be financed. 

·        $35,000 from the City of Fairfield from closing 3^rd St. and 8^th St. crossings

·        $229,521 total funds and pledges available for project

Total cost of $315,760 less $229,521 total funds available leaving a short fall at minimum of $86,239
